I dropped my car off two days earlier than my appointment time and within an hour of dropping off, Coye sent me what the problem was, and a detailed estimate of the price. They estimated it would be a week and a half to replace my clutch but actually finished 4 days after dropping it off! The entire process was simple and efficient and every person I spoke to, including the owner Coye, was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was extremely pleased and will use them again the next time I need work done! I highly recommend EQ!

My past experience with auto shops is the process is often rather 'mysterious', with the final bill never being predictable. These guys were super transparent from the get-go, have a great system of providing estimated costs for each job being done on the vehicle, and gave me a chance to approve each job before they actually did it.
